Sundays 10AM-11AM, in the east end on Terrace A West (indoors). According to Navy Pier information “Terrace A West is located near Festival Hall A but before Festival Hall B.” Map
Yoga with a rotating cast of Chicago’s best yoga instructors. These yoga classes are for the novice through advanced and suitable for all ages. Bring your yoga mat, a towel and water. Check schedule for specific type of yoga classes.
Movement Classes Powered by Fitness Formula Clubs
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm-7pm on the west end of the new Food Experience. According to Navy Pier information “the west end of the new Food Experience is just past DMK Burger and Fish and Brown Sugar Bakery.” Map
Free indoor movement classes including Zumba and WERQ. Be sure to wear gym shoes and bring your water for this high-energy workout for all fitness levels. (Then, be sure to “re-hydrate” afterwards at one of Navy Pier’s fine restaurants or cocktail bars). Check schedule for specific type of classes.
