The Annual Wells Street Art Festival returns to the Old Town neighborhood with art, music, food and fun for adults and kids alike.
When: June 11-12, 2016, Sat. and Sun. 10 am-10 pm
Where: Old Town, 1200-1600 N. Wells St., Main gates are located on Wells Street at North Avenue, and Wells Street at Division Street.
The suggested donation is $10, with all proceeds going toward neighborhood improvement projects and direct donations to support community organizations. (Chicago residents aren’t required to pay entrance fees to street festivals. More info here).

With attendance of over 50,000, this art extravaganza features the works of more than 250 juried artists both local and from across the nation. Among the many disciplines featured this year are traditional paint, watercolor and pencil art, sculpture, wood and metalwork, jewelry, digital artwork and photography.
Food and Drink — The festival features 20+ food and drink vendors selling a varied assortment of tasty treats. With so many amazing Old Town restaurants participating, you may just want to try something from all of them!

Childrens’ Play Area — Each year, we strive to create a fun, interactive space for your kids where they can do arts & craft, participate in a performance, or just goof off! The children’s play area is located at the corner of Wells Street and Evergreen Street.
