The cultural and stylistic diversity of the Windy City will take the stage with the return of Chicago Fashion Week, from October 9-19, 2025. Runway shows, activations, exhibits and events will highlight Chicago’s design and fashion history in neighborhoods across the city.

The thrilling fashion week schedule showcases 50 runway shows, pop-ups, industry seminars, shopping events and launch parties, all open to the public. Whether you’re a fan of fashion history, a vintage clothing shopper or a lover of avant-garde designs, there will be an event to highlight your style interests.
Standout events include the Fall Clothing Swap Preview Party, where guests bring gently used clothing to trade on October 10, Avant Garde Street Style, where the future of fashion will be on display on October 12 and Mayan Textiles: Art, Tradition and Technique, which explores the artisanal designs and history of this indigenous tradition on October 10.
