Travel around the world to 18 countries by viewing 18 films in 18 weeks during the free annual Cinema Chicago Summer Screenings series from May 24-Septemer 20, 2023 at the Chicago History Museum and Chicago Cultural Center.
This year’s series follows the theme of cities. Viewers can experience the cultures and streets of cities all around the globe, including Bogata, Colombia, Galway, Ireland, Taipei, Taiwan, Leipzig, Germany and Seoul, Korea.
The program screens the films every Wednesday at 6:30 pm at the Chicago History Museum from May 24-June 28 at the Chicago History Museum and from July 5- September 20 at the Chicago Cultural Center.
Tickets are free but advanced registration is encouraged. Tickets for each movie are released 16 days in advance.
