Free Blues Christmas Concert at Navy Pier

Add some blues rhythms to your holiday with a classic Chicago blues showcase by legendary blues label Alligator Records. Music from the “Alligator Records Christmas Collection” and “Genuine Houserockin Christmas” will be performed along with other holiday faves at A Blues Christmas on December 15, 2023.

Headlined by acclaimed blues guitarist Toronzo Cannon, the free show also features blues icons Shemekia Copeland, Billy Branch, Lil Ed and rising star Ivy Ford. The show marks the 20th anniversary of Alligator’s “Genuine Housrockin Christmas” CD and will highlight Chicago’s own holiday blues tunes.

A Blues Christmas revs up at Navy Pier’s Grand Ballroom at 7 pm. Seating is first come first served and doors open at 6 pm. so arrive early for the best seats.
