Free Brookfield Zoo tickets Chicago residents
The following Alderman are offering their residents free Brookfield Zoo tickets. If your ward has them I would act fast as they will go quickly. You will have to show an ID to prove residency. Each General Admission ticket has a retail value of $24.95. Parking passes (if available) are worth $15. Cha-ching!
I’ve emailed all Aldermen to find out if they have tickets. Responses are trickling in. Check your ward status below. You may want to call your ward directly if they haven’t responded. Supplies are limited and subject to availability.

Ward 39 Alderman Samantha Nugent “We do have free general admission tickets to the Brookfield Zoo and we have a Museum Pass that grants access to many of the museums around Chicago. The pass does need to be checked out and returned after use to the Alderman’s office, but the Brookfield Zoo tickets only need to be picked up at the office.”

Ward 42 Alderman Brendan Reilly: Tickets will be distributed as follows on a first-come-first-served basis: Family: five tickets. Individual: two tickets.
Parking passes are also available for residents but are very limited in quantity. Please email Alderman Reilly’s Office at office@ward42chicago.com to reserve your tickets, while supplies last. Reserved tickets must be picked up at City Hall, Room 200 with proof of residence. As a reminder, the City is maintaining mandatory mask and social distancing requirements for all employees and visitors in city facilities, regardless of vaccination status. Masks must be worn when entering and remaining in city buildings, including in lobbies, elevators, hallways, customer service areas, and restrooms.
