Pick up a copy of the Concierge Preferred guide at various locations around Chicago including the concierge desks at these malls: Water Tower Place (835 N. Michigan), 900 N. Michigan, The Shops at North Bridge (520 N. Michigan). They also have the guides at every hotel, the Tourist Information Desks at O’Hare and at the Concierge Desk at Navy Pier.
