
Sip on the traditions of Mexican agave cocktails and learn about sustainable products made from the plant at the Jose Cuervo Agave Bar pop-up at Big Star restaurant on September 16-17 2022.
This free, immersive event features a rotating menu of Mexican dishes inspired by the state of Jalisco, where agave is grown, art by Chicago-based artist Liz Flores and music from a line-up of popular Chicago DJs.
The Jose Cuervo Agave Bar is the world’s first-ever bar constructed entirely of reconstructed agave. The event will supply giveaways of products made from agave like hats, coasters and bags. The bar is open on September 16 from 3- 9 pm and on September 17 from noon to 9 pm.
Reservations are required and space is limited. Guests must be 21 and over.
