With the quickly falling COVID 19 infection rates and test positivity, Chicago will remove the vaccine and mask requirements for certain public spaces on February 28. To celebrate the lifting of the mandate, Navy Pier will offer free rides on the Centennial Wheel from 11 am-7 pm on February 28. Riders will also receive a free souvenir photo of their smiling faces as they spin around the iconic Ferris wheel. Arrive early to avoid long lines. Some businesses in Navy Pier and throughout the city may still choose to require masks so please pay attention to signs before entering.
