Enjoy delicious pasta dishes while making a difference at the Barilla Connection Kitchen Food Truck, which will partner with Meals on Wheels to encourage volunteer sign-ups at the Merchandise Mart on December 6, 2024.
Chase the freezing temperatures away with a warm bowl of pasta and consider signing up to volunteer for Meals on Wheels, which supplies seniors with food and social contact. The organization’s” End The Wait “program raises awareness about the long waits seniors face for meals because of the lack of volunteers.

The Barilla Connections Kitchen Food Truck will serve up a choice of creamy mushroom farfalle, rigatoni amatriciana or snowfall cacio e pepe so that Chicagoans can enjoy the classic Italian dishes while learning about Meals on Wheels volunteer opportunities.
The truck will be parked outside the Merchandise Mart, located downtown at 222 Merchandise Plaza, from noon to 3 pm on Friday, December 6, 2024. Stop by to taste these savory pasta dishes and consider helping Meals on Wheels.
