Free Tree Walks around Chicago Treekeepers offers free tree walks around Chicago from time-to-time. Each walk is different with tree id and more.
Treekeeper Betsy is leading a walk to highlight the changing nature of the urban forest and discussions about which trees to plant as replacement trees for the ash trees that have been lost to Emerald Ash Borer. Art made from old ash tree trunks will also be examined. Please bring a water bottle and invite your friends and family
