Embrace the winter season with icy escapades at Gallagher Way. Glide around the ice skating rink, skid across the rink in ice bumper cars or learn how to play ice bocce through February 15, 2026.
Whirl around in the frosty air with historic Wrigley Field in the backdrop. Admission to the rink is $8 and skate rentals are $16 if you don’t bring your own. Look out for special events like themed skate nights, skate lessons and ice bumper cars.
Ice Bumper cars are available for fast-paced fun on Thursdays from 4:00 to 9:00 pm and Saturdays from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm. Ice Bocce, a blend of curling and bocce ball, kicks off on Mondays through Wednesdays, starting on February 2. The game is available for groups of eight and registration is required.

Chicago Mascot Skate Night-January 9, 6-8 pm
Stranger Things Skate Night- January 23, 6-8 pm
Wicked Skate Night-February 6, 6-8 pm
Gallagher Way is located at 3635 N. Clark and offers free admission. The ice rink is open Thursdays-Fridays-9 pm. , Saturdays 11-9 pm, Sundays 11-7 pm
