Winter is upon us so now’s the time to take advantage of discount tickets and hide out inside. Lyric offers discount tickets through Goldstar, day of Rush tickets, Student , Young Professional and Education discounts.
Goldstar
Goldstar offers discount tickets from time-to-time thoroughout the season.
Rush tickets are available for purchase in two ways:
1) Online. Visit the Season Calendar. Select your date from the calendar. Enter promo code RUSH50 to purchase rush tickets starting two hours before curtain time when available.
2) In Person. Visit the Lyric Opera Box Office at the Lyric Opera House two hours before curtain to purchase 50% off rush tickets.
Maximum of 4 rush tickets per person. Subject to availability. Promo rules apply.
Young Professionals Discount Tickets for Ages 21-45.
If you are 21-45 years old, join Lyric Young Professionals (LYP) to be part of a group of dynamic opera lovers dedicated to building a new generation of opera supporters. As a member of LYP, you will be eligible for $35 best available seats with the LYP Medley Series.
Student Tickets at Lyric Opera $20 Valid student ID required.
NEXT is a FREE program that offers discount $20 student tickets to select performances of operas, musicals, and special events.
NEXT program is for full-time, degree-seeking college and graduate students. Valid school email address and student ID are required. Register to receive NEXT emails
