One of Chicago’s most iconic holiday traditions is viewing the holiday trees from around the world at the Christmas Around The World exhibit at the Griffin Museum of Science & Industry.
This year’s display includes Holidays of Light, a celebration of global holidays that honor light and enlightenment throughout the year. The exhibit opens on November 16, 2024.
The 82nd anniversary of Christmas Around The World features 50 trees representing the holiday traditions of countries around the globe. This year, photos with Santa are included with the festivities as well as the Science of Snow exhibit which features high-resolution photos of snowflakes.
Admission to Christmas Around The World and Holidays of Light is included with museum admission. Tickets for adults are $25.95 and for kids 3-11 it’s $14. 95. You can purchase tickets in advance here.
