Inspired by Chloris, the Greek goddess of flowers, the large Grecian urn sculptures are decorated in a floral and vine relief and vibrantly hand-painted. Participating artists include 17 local professional and emerging artists, as well as student teams from two high schools and 12 Greek schools across Chicago.
These 31 vibrant floral artworks can be viewed throughout the Greektown neighborhood along South Halsted Street from Madison Street to Van Buren Street. The exhibit will be on display from June 5 through May 2026.

Professional and emerging artists featured in this year’s Greektown art exhibition include Arturo Barrera, Annabelle Broeffle, Juan Cano, Alexandra Damato, Malika Jackson, Bonnie Loboda, Victoria Martin and James Mesple.
Greek goddess Chloris was associated with spring, flowers and new growth. There are flower deities across the world that symbolize beauty, the renewal of life, and inspire a deep reverence for the many wonders of the natural world. This year’s Greektown sculpture model was created in the form of ancient Greek urns, which were ornately decorated and used to store water, food, wine and more.
