New Interactive Art Installation at Navy Pier

Stroll through glowing reflections that mimic planetary and solar movements at the new art installation, “Solstice” at Navy Pier. The free exhibit creates a new audio-visual reality with sound, light, AI and projections through April 16, 2023.

Using large-scale sculptures and audiovisual projections, Solstice explores how our own actions can have far-reaching effects on the environment. Visitors activate a giant, spinning sun and select a path to follow through a series of glowing doors.

The exhibit is located at the Wave Wall performance platform at Navy Pier and is free to the public.
