Stroll down the bustling North Halsted strip and sample an assortment of food and drinks during the Taste of Northalsted on April 26, 2025, in the Lakeview neighborhood.
Wander through Northalsted this Spring and indulge in a culinary adventure with the Spring Taste of Northalsted! Featuring over 20 locations, you’ll have the chance to savor selected dishes from the neighborhood’s top restaurants while sampling a variety of beers, spirits, and cocktails.
Nibble and sip on some of the best culinary offerings from restaurants including the Kit Kat Lounge, Good Times Brewery and Big Gay Sal’s Pizza. Taste beer-battered cheese curds, steak tacos, Italian meatball sandwiches and more.

The event features 20 restaurant and drink tastings for an advance ticket fee of $25. Food tastings/samples are not full-size dishes/drinks. Attendees must visit each location to receive their food/drink samples. Each participant will receive one sample per location (some locations have a food & beverage sample, but most have one or the other).
There are a limited number of day of tickets for $30 but reserve tickets in advance to avoid the event tickets selling out.
Taste of Northalsted runs from 2- 5 pm and participants must be 21 and over.
