Celebrate Polish culture at the largest Polish festival in the country, Taste of Polonia, scheduled for August 30- September 2- 2024. The 42nd-anniversary festival brings four days of traditional Polish food, music and crafts.
The Taste of Polonia festival serves up live music on four stages, art exhibits, carnival rides, food and craft vendors, a casino and a beer garden. There will also host cooking classes and tastings, a kid’s fun zone and games for all ages.
As the largest Polish cultural festival in the country, Taste of Polonia offers an authentic cultural experience. Enjoy examples of Polish music and dance, exhibits, film screenings and a catholic mass on September 1.
Catch the Polkaholics and Polka Generations on the Tribute Stage and Polonijina Orkestra Chicago, Alldete and Gutek on the World Music Stage.
The festival is a non-profit fundraiser for the Copernicus Center, tickets are $10 on Friday and $15 on all other days. It’s free for kids 12 and under. Taste of Polonia runs from 5pm to 10:30 pm on August 30 from noon to 10:30 on August 31- September 1, and noon to 9:30 on September 2.
