Crumpets and tea sandwiches
Mariano’s has Duffy’s crumpets available through Instacart for $2.99. They’re kind of like English muffins but are more moist and found in the refrigerated section. You could also make tea sandwiches. Ina Garten has an easy recipe here. I’ve made them with Boursin cheese and good wheat bread. You can make them the night before and they hold up fine. Now just don’t drop a scalding hot cup of tea in your bed at 3AM!
