Grab your stylish Apres- Ski fits for Eataly’s winter pop-up, Alpina. Transport yourself to the Italian Alps during this immersive culinary and music experience at Eataly’s second-floor restaurant, Vino, through March 31, 2025.

Taste the traditions of the northernmost regions of Italy as you relax in a space transformed into a cozy mountain retreat, complete with snuggly blankets, furry throws, twinkly lights and snow-covered trees. Start your adventure with Apres Ski Nights, supplying a special menu of Italian treats, beverage deals and a DJ pumping high-energy tunes, every Friday night from 6-9 pm.
The menu highlights include Bombardino, an impossibly creamy Italian egg nog, a polenta bar with savory stone ground cornmeal topped with a variety of ingredients and Fonduta di Formaggio, the Italian take on fondue.

The general Alpina winter pop-up experience unfolds every night at 6:15 pm, with warming cocktails and delectable regional dishes. Don’t miss Canederli, a rich gnocchi dish filled with bread and speck (a type of smoky ham) and covered with Urbani winter Black truffle.
For more deals, arrive between 3-6 pm Monday- Friday for happy hour or Apertivo Hour. The menu serves up fried polenta, spicy sausages, grilled bruschetta for $8 and prosciutto and parmesan for $10. Drinks include Aperol Spritz, Strawberry Rhubarb Spritz and cold martinis for $10.
The Alpina pop-up doesn’t require tickets but reservations are recommended for weekend dinners.
You can’t step into Eataly and not do a little shopping. The store features many cooking and food items like black truffle salt or organic pesto, on sale each week. Look out for the table next to the elevator on the second floor for a selection of sale goods
