Exchange your AMC Gold and Silver Passes. Effective July 1, 2018 AMC Theatres are no longer accepting Gold and Silver passes. If you have a stash of passes you need to exchange them.
The process is easy
Send legible pictures of the front and back of your ticket(s) to goldsilver (at) amctheatres.com. Please include your mailing address and a member of their team will reissue a comparable Black or Yellow ticket for use in one of our theatres. The quality of the front side was very dark but I made sure that the ticket numbers were legible. One each page I copied two tickets – front, ticket number side, front ticket number side. Then I scanned them into two pdf’s and attached them to one email. Also on each page I stuck a sticker on with my mailing address and I numbered the pages.
I sent them in on a Friday and eight days later they shipped out the replacements. Those passes were lost in the mail (!) and a week later they sent out a new set. I received all Yellow passes for my Gold and Silvers.

Subject to surcharge for 3D, premium large screen format (e.g., IMAX®, AMC Prime®), alternative content, dine-in-theatres, film festivals, special theatrical presentations and premium services; location surcharges may also apply at select locations, including Disney and Universal properties operated by AMC.
AMC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, including changes and additions to surcharge fees, restrictions or exclusions.
AMC Yellow tickets are exchange items that are NOT eligible toward earning AMC Stubs rewards either at time of purchase or time of redemption. Valid seven days a week.
