Free Brookfield Zoo tickets 2nd Ward
I don’t live in the 2nd Ward but I get their newsletter because that Ward includes the area around Water Tower, River North and more. Anyway I saw in their latest newsletter that Alderman Hopkins is offering residents of the 2nd Ward free general admission tickets to Brookfield Zoo. You have to pick them up at the 2nd Ward Service Office, 1400 N. Ashland Ave. (312) 643-2299. Office Hours: Mon – Fri: 9AM-5PM, I would act fast and call first as they may be gone already. I’m sure you’ll have to show an ID to prove residency.
I emailed my Alderman Reilly 42nd ward and said “Do you have free Brookfield Zoo tickets because Brian Hopkins has them for his residents?” The answer was No. So I sent back “Can we get some?” I haven’t heard back!
It couldn’t hurt to harrass ask your Alderman and mention that Brian Hopkins has them why can’t your ward get some too!
