Chicago Police Department (CPD) District will be hosting a Vehicular Hijacking webinar for residents. Presumably these will be about how to protect yourself from a carjacking – not how to commit one! In response to the explosion of carjackings in the City CPD has expanded their carjacking task force, adding additional resources in each detective area to focus exclusively on carjackings.
