Free Flu Shots around Chicago
The City has released a list of flu vaccination dates and sites including City Hall.
These clinics provide flu vaccinations at no charge for adults of all ages and all children over the age six months. An appointment may be necessary check the links. No appointment is necessary; vaccinations are given on a first come, first served basis. Always call in advance to confirm dates and times. Subject to change without notice. Chicago Department of Public Health Walk-In Immunization clinics are only available for City of Chicago residents. You have to show proof of residence.

The Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) has a website that usually lists all the clinics and dates. Their website links to a national website that list all locations but doesn’t list which one’s offer free flu shots.
In past years there were over 50 community flu clinics where Chicago residents could get their flu shot at no cost. The City offered the flu vaccine free of charge to adults and children six months of age and older regardless of immigration status and ability to pay. Insurance and ID card were not required. Walk-ins are welcome and the pre-registration page is coming soon.
