Head to the historic Printer’s Row neighborhood in the South Loop to explore art and live music during the annual Printer’s Row Art Fest on August 15-16, 2026.

Browse through the original artworks of 95 juried artists, including paintings, ceramics, jewelry, woodwork, photography and fashion while strolling through leafy Dearborn Street.
A Kids Zone supplies face painting, bingo and arts and crafts. Live music from local musicians will be performed throughout the day. Nosh on food from local restaurants and wash it down with beer, wine or sangria.
Artists featured include an award-winning group of creators, including 3D fiber artist Rosalyn Manurung, acrylic painter Pam Hamilton, photographer Mike Baker and pen and mixed media artist Xochilt Ruvalcaba.

The 8th annual Printers Row Art Fest unfolds on Dearborn Street, between Harrison and Polk, from 10 am- 5 pm on both days. Admission is free but arrive early for the best selection.
After viewing the art, dancing to the music and sipping on brews, head to one of the neighborhood eateries for a relaxing meal. Check out this list of South Loop Cheap Eats for a selection of reasonable restaurants.
