Walk-up and drive up document shredding and electronics recycling. First come, first serve. Arrive early and be prepared to wait in line.

Where: 1400 N. Ashland Parking Lot in Rear
When: Sunday, April 18, 2021, 9am-12pm
Where: 1254 N. State Parkway, Gold Coast Parking
Start getting your recycling ready Northsiders. A rare recycling event is coming up. This takes place in two locations over a weekend. Limit 3 bags of paper shredding per household.

Newtech will accept old tube TVs and CRT monitors but charges a recycling fee (up to $20). Visit for a full list of recyclable items.

Wicker Park Community Shredding and E-Recycling. No dates announced for 2021
The Wicker Park-Bucktown Community is holding a series of community document shredding and electronics recycling events.
When: The second Saturday of every other month, 10am-noon. Arrive early the truck has been known to fill up and they will turn people away.
When: March 10, May 12, July 14, September 8, and November 10, 2018 10AM-2PM
