The new season for World Music Wednesday has been announced! Every Wednesday, through June 24, 2026, at 8:00 pm, the Old Town School of Folk Music will host a free concert series, World Music Wednesdays, featuring musicians from all around the world.

Culture and countries represented include Iran, Mexico, Brazil, Mongolia, Colombia, India and Senegal. Old Town School of Folk Music showcases the exciting rhythms of music and dance from around the globe with the free weekly series, World Music Wednesdays. Music lovers can enjoy sounds from every corner of the globe, including Spain, Venezuela, Puerto Rico and Cuba.

The concerts kick off on Wednesday, September 3, at 7:30 pm in the Maurer Concert Hall and are free with a suggested $10 donation. Register for advance reservations online or by calling the box office at 773-728-6000. Reservations are suggested to guarantee entry.
