Get free stuff on your birthday. Birthday freebies used to be more generous but hey free is still free.  You will be required to sign up to receive emails and in some cases join a dining or other club for free or for a fee in order to receive birthday freebies. All freebies are subject to change.

If you’re new to birthday freebies I would advise the following:

  • You may want to use a second email address where you can get all these offers rather than clogging up your regular email.
  • Check your alternate email regularly as many of these restaurants send free food deals all year long. Interested in more free food? Get discount food year round.
  • To guard against identity theft I never use my real birth date.  The only restaurant that ever checked my ID was Au Bon Pain.
  • Almost no one can eat 20 plus free meals, desserts etc. in one month, so spread out your rewards over many months by using different birth dates. Then you can actually use the rewards.

 Local dining:

  • Egg Harbor: free cinnamon roll for joining; kids get a free pancake on their birthday.
  • Emerald Loop: Join their dining program for a free then receive a credit for a future dine.  Then $10 or more on your birthday.
  • Flaco’s Tacos: Free dessert with $5 purchase.
  • Lyfe Kitchen:  Join Lyfe Kitche Rewards.  use my code CAROLC2099 and get a free Margherita flatbread.  Thank you. Receive $10 on your birthday.
  • Maggiano’s: $10 for signing up for emails and $10 on your birthday (minimum purchase $30)
  • Mercat ala Planxa: free dessert
  • Pizzeria Uno: Free mini-dessert with purchase of entree for joining and $10 off $25 purchase on your birthday.
  • Portillo’s: free piece of cake.
  • Potbelly: free cookie with purchase (another cookie works)

National Dining

  • Benihana: $30 dinner certificate excludes tax, tip and alcohol.
  • Bennigans: Receive a BOGO entree and a free dessert.
  • Bonefish Grill: Join BFG Insider and get special offers on your birthday.

  • PF Chang: Sign up for eclub receive 1000 points (half way to free entree) and free appetizer or dessert on birthday.
  • Panda Express: exclusive offer on your birthday.
  • Sonic: Create a My Sonic Profile and receive a special treat on your birthday.
  • Starbucks: free birthday drink when you register a Starbucks card 30 days before your birthday.
  • Steak ‘n Shake: double cheeseburger with cheese ‘n fries
