Tortazo is Rick Bayless’ newish fast casual concept. Currently the only location in Chicago is at Willis Tower in the new lobby dining concept called Catalog.

It’s typical Rick Bayless food and beverage – delicious Mexican, well his interpretation of Mexican. If you use my link you will get $5 in Tortazo Rewards for signing up (I earn something not sure what. Thank you!).

It looks like you can only use your rewards for to-go orders and not for dining in. I stop in and have a few Margarita’s ($8.95) and take food to-go. They package it beautifully and it transports well.

I’ve been to Catalog a few times and it’s a great place to hang out in the middle of the day when the weather isn’t nice. I haven’t written it up yet because most of their food stalls/restaurants aren’t open yet.
