Visit the vibrant Edgewater community to experience a free, three-day festival of live music, food and elite vibes, during the annual Edgewater Music Fest from August 28-30, 2026.

Enjoy two stages featuring over 35 local music acts, 100 vendors selling art, crafts, jewelry, and clothes and an assortment of foods from neighborhood restaurants. A Kids Zone will supply games, storytimes and activities for the little ones.
The eclectic music line-up includes Maps & Atlases, a math rock band that blends alternative rock, folk and experimental sounds; Lowdown Brass Band, a Chicago brass ensemble that weaves hip hop with soul and reggae and Chicago blues musician Frutland Jackson.
The Edgewater Music Fest runs along Broadway Street between Thorndale and Ardmore, on August 28 from 5-10 pm, and August 29-30 from noon-10 pm. Admission is free with a $10 suggested donation.
