Free Protect Chicago Music Series

Chicago has announced a new free summer music series called Protect Chicago Music Series.The first event will take place in Hyde Park and will feature DJ Ron Trent and Duane Powell will perform. Additional dates will be announced ithroughout the summer and will take place around the city.
Requirements to attend
You must have received the final dose of a two-dose vaccine or a single-dose vaccine two weeks prior to each event to be eligible to attend. May 8 is the last date to receive a single-dose vaccine, or the second dose of a two-dose vaccine, to be eligible to attend the Hyde Park May 22 event.
Tickets will be made available first to those who attend a special vaccination event on May 8 between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Apostolic Faith Church, 3823 S. Indiana Ave. Anyone who is vaccinated at this event with the Johnson. Walk-ins okay. Make appt here.
Tickets will be distributed through The Silver Room’s website, beginning Tuesday, May 11 12pm.
Attendees must also bring their CDC vaccination card as proof of vaccination and matching photo ID.
Register for tickets. Tickets will be distributed for each event via Eventbrite, designated vaccination sites, and will call.
