Where: Jackson Park, 1766 Columbia Drive. Located at the east side of the Clarence Darrow Memorial Bridge in the Chicago Park District Parking Lot on Science Drive immediately south of the Museum of Science and Industry (The Palace of Fine Arts during the 1893 Fair).
Dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. There are no restrooms. Tours are held rain or shine unless weather is dangerous (strong winds/lightning)
Friends of The White City, in cooperation with the Jackson Park Advisory Council (JPAC), are again conducting free tours of the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition right where it all happened.
After the tour consider visiting Wooded Island (you don’t have to volunteer).
