Free Workouts at Gallagher Way. Gallagher Way, formerly known as The Park at Wrigley, hosts free workouts from May-September.
Where: 3637 N Clark St between Addison and Waveland (773) 388-8260. All participants must complete the Fitness Waiver Form. Please complete the form online in advance. Waiver forms will be available on site the day of each event.
Bootcamp at Gallagher Way Every Monday and Wednesday May 9-Septemebr 26, 2018 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
High energy, no frills training. All fitness levels welcome and no equipment is required. These high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions will burn calories, boost your cardio capacity and strengthen your muscles.
Yoga at Gallagher Way Every Tuesday and Thursday May 10-September 27, 2018 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Bring your mat. All fitness levels welcome; mats are not provided. Classes teach breathing exercises, postures, relaxation and meditation to stretch, strengthen and condition.
Run Club at Gallagher Way Every Saturday May 12-September 29, 2018 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
If you are looking to get into better shape, add more miles to your week or find a new fun fitness community, Saturday Morning Run Club is a perfect fit. Walkers, joggers and hardcore runners are all welcome.
