Free Workouts at Gallagher Way. Gallagher Way hosts free workouts from May-September.
Where: 3635 N Clark St between Addison and Waveland (773) 388-8260. All participants must complete the Fitness Waiver Form. Waiver forms will be available on site the day of each event.
Orangetheory Fitness coaches will run free HIIT workouts every Monday and Wednesday 7am-8am May 13 – September 28, 2019.
Classes will reflect a similar format as typical Orangetheory Fitness studio classes, but at Gallagher Way participants are not required to use heart rate monitors. However, guests interested in tracking their heart rate during the workout are encouraged to download the OTbeat App. All participants must fill out a fitness waiver in advance through the website or on site. Please allow time to check in with on-site personnel upon arrival. Classes begin promptly at 7 a.m.

Bring your mat. All fitness levels welcome; mats are not provided. Classes teach breathing exercises, postures, relaxation and meditation to stretch, strengthen and condition.

If you are looking to get into better shape, add more miles to your week or find a new fun fitness community, Saturday Morning Run Club is a perfect fit. Walkers, joggers and hardcore runners are all welcome.
