Volunteer at Chicago Park District nature areas. The Chicago Park District always has a great need for volunteers. Following are locations in need of help. Check out the list for the area closest to you. There is always more than enough work to go around. So get outside and into nature this summer. It’s free! You’ll get some exercise and help out the CPD too. See you out there!

Students looking to complete service learning for school must RSVP with the site’s listed steward prior to attending a workday to receive hours.
NOTE: Youth volunteers under 18 require parental consent, and must have a guardian/parent sign the park district liability waiver prior to the event. To obtain the waiver, contact stewardship@chicagoparkdistrict.com.
