Frontera Fresco – Macy’s, 111 North State Street, Seven on Seven, 7th Floor, 312-781-1000. Closes 2PM. This outlet from Rick Bayless offers delicious tacos, soups, tortas, and salads. $4 for a taco to a salad for $14. Everything is amazing. Lines can be long.
Morton’s The Steakhouse, 65 E. Wacker Place, 312-240-0140. M-F 4PM-7PM. Select wines, beers and specialty cocktails for $8-9. $8-9 appetizers.
Pastoral Artisan, 53 E. Lake Street, (312) 658-1250 Great sandwiches, cheeses, bread. There is basically no seating in this shop buy you can take your food and eat along the Riverwalk assuming it’s summer! Save money with Ritual.
Petterino’s, 150 North Dearborn Street, 312.422.0150 located in the theater building. Petterino’s is a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant. They offer a $36 prix fixe pre-theater dinner menu but it’s a ton of food.
